Welcome to Oduduwa Dustless. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&C). These T&C outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Oduduwa Dustless website and cleaning services provided in Lagos, Nigeria. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

1. Service Agreement and Limitations

Oduduwa Dustless provides professional cleaning and janitorial services as detailed on our Services Page. All services are subject to scheduling availability and agreed-upon price quotes.

1.1 Scope of Work

The scope of work will be confirmed in writing (via email or a formal estimate document) prior to the commencement of service. Any deviations or additional services requested on-site must be approved by both parties and may incur supplementary charges.

1.2 Liability

While we take utmost care, Oduduwa Dustless shall not be held liable for damage that is non-cleaning related, pre-existing, or caused by faulty materials or construction. We carry comprehensive liability insurance for accidental damage directly resulting from our team's negligence during the cleaning process.

2. Booking, Cancellations, and Payments

2.1 Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided by Oduduwa Dustless are estimates based on the information provided by the client. The final price may be adjusted if the premises size or condition significantly differs from the initial assessment.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of residential cleaning appointments. Commercial contract cancellations require 7 days notice in accordance with the signed contractual agreement. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

2.3 Payment Terms

Residential services require full payment upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Commercial services are billed according to NET 15 or NET 30 terms as specified in the service contract. Late payments may be subject to a monthly interest charge of 5%.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the safety of our staff and the effectiveness of the service, the client agrees to:

  • Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Secure valuables, cash, sensitive documents, and pets prior to the cleaner's arrival.
  • Inform Oduduwa Dustless team members of any non-obvious hazards, faulty fixtures, or broken items in the service area.
  • Ensure the availability of running water and electricity necessary for the cleaning equipment.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to this website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the site is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
